Response times
We aim to reply to support emails within 1–3 business days. Security reports are prioritized. Announcements and outages are posted on our Telegram channel when applicable.
What to include
For technical issues: device (Windows/Android/browser), steps to reproduce, screenshots if safe to share, and approximate time of the problem. For account recovery: the email or username tied to your account — never your password.
